The staff seemed nice enough. I guess that's a plus.

The room was a bit of a letdown. there was hardly any space to hang a jacket. the bed felt cheap, almost like sleeping on plastic, unpleasant. I found the bed sheets felt plasticky too, which wasn't great either.

the breakfast buffet included healthy options i found satisfactory.

The room felt colder than expected. I could not adjust the heating system. this resulted in me catching a cold . additionally the room was quite small. I barely had space to move around, and there was no fridge.

the staff was helpful. breakfast had a wide variety. i enjoyed the fresh and tasty food. the room was clean and well decorated with blackout options. i also liked the nearby public transport.

the hallways had very dark hues. the room also felt quite small. i reminded me of i was residing inside a dungeon.

the staff assisted with directions and questions. they addressed all requests promptly. there was coffee available throughout the day for strawberry members. the breakfast staff managed allergens well and gluten-free options existed.

the room had modern amenities and a comfortable bed. it included dermosil toiletries with a pleasant smell. a tea kettle, tea bags, and instant coffee were provided. the tv had chromecast functionality allowing content streaming from phone applications.
